By Purchasing any of our products, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below:
1: Most vintage, and antique items, do not carry a known market "standard value". Our items are sold at "our" listed price with pricing being assessed by commonality and, the uniqueness of our individual pieces. These items may appraise at more, or less, than our listed price. We make no guarantees that any of our items will assess at our stated price. By purchasing our items, you agree that you are completely satisfied with the price on our listing. You also agree we will not refund, or request money, due to your own (or other's) appraisal of any purchased items.
2: You understand that antique and vintage items are not new and, may have some wear, patina, or discoloration. We will do our best to show this in photo's and in the description. We feel refunds should never be a concern for you so, please contact us within 15 days of receipt if you feel you have any issue with our product. Our Customers are very important to our reputation. We will attempt to fix any issues you may have other than #1 above regarding appraisals.
3: Unfortunately our hands are tied when it comes to Custom's or, the Post Office. As everyone knows, it is an unfortunate fact of life that Custom's or the Postal Service will occasionally hold, or lose, items. We do not personally deliver your product. We do pre-check every outgoing shipment prior to being mailed as well as hand deliver each item to the post office. Should your item(s) not arrive, or arrive broken, please contact us as the majority of our items are tracked (unless otherwise stated on the listing). We can tell you where the item is, as well as, if it was received. Should your item arrive broken please E-mail us a photo of the damage or, just contact us ASAP. We are very fast at reimbursing our customers.

We also ship within 24 hrs. excluding Canadian Holidays
A tracking number is provided on all your purchases, unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Returns, are never an issue. If you are not happy with your purchase, let us know. (Just E-mail us)
We do not question your return. Feel free to E-mail us prior to your return so we will expect the item(s) back. When they arrive, we will process your refund. In the rare case the item was broken in transit (please E-mail photo as proof) we will refund as soon as we receive your E-mail.

Customer is responsible for paying any return shipping should we request it.
Refunds include purchase price and, original shipping cost via the way you purchased.
Any duties, tariffs, or taxes owed through purchasing our product(s) is the customer's responsibility. Please consult with your nearest Customs Office for import duty limits prior to purchase.
